A precise inventory with energy consumption statements will be done at check-in.
You will have 10 days to comment and modify this inventory by e-mail.
If you do not receive any inventory, it is considered that the house is in a satisfactory state.
Nevertheless, we recommend you to take some pictures if any element is damaged
We take an appointment during opening hours to do the inventory together.
We will state all the differences from the original inventory.
If nothing is damaged, we will return your deposit back quickly.
If we need to repair some damages, we will send you few days after your departure a detail of the repairs that need to be done in the house.
